Understanding the Existing site + Requirements + Budgets
Explanation of the Workflow + Design Fee + Project management cost to ensure clarity before proceeding.

On-site measurement: Fee: USD 150
Design Proposal: Documentation of existing conditions, followed by preliminary spatial layout and conceptual proposal.
Payment is required before measurement.
Design proposal fee will be credited toward the design fee upon commission confirmation.
