Dating back to the 16th century, prisons were the only space where the country could use violence to rule its people. As times have evolved, the concept of the prison has gradually shifted from punitive to corrective.
In many countries around the world, including Taiwan, prisons are facing a dilemma of high over-incarceration and recidivism rates, and there is a strong correlation between the lack of prison space and correctional outcomes.
This Bachelor Thesis Design Project is an attempt to propose the possibility of solving the problem of over-incarceration and improving the effectiveness of correction.
追溯到 16 世紀，作為社會控制的一環，權力體制下監獄是國家使用暴力統治人民的唯一場所。 隨著時代的發展，監獄的概念逐漸從懲罰性轉變為矯正性。在包括台灣在內的世界許多國家，監獄都面臨超收和再犯率居高不下的窘境，而監獄超收與矯正成效存在著密切的關聯。
本學士畢業設計試圖提出解決監獄超收問題並提高矯正成效的可能方案。

Background
Prisons are facing the dilemma of overcrowding, which leads to a lack of space and a high recidivism rate. Studies have shown that overcrowded prisons have a negative impact on the psychological well-being of inmates, which in turn reduces the effectiveness of corrections.
監獄正面臨著人滿為患的窘境，這導致了空間不足和高再犯率。 研究表明，過度擁擠的監獄空間會對囚犯的心理健康產生負面影響，進而降低矯正成效。

改變模組部件可以簡單地改變牢房單元的尺寸，透過牢房的光線、私密性、壓迫感和各種因素的處理而發展出不同類型的空間感受和體驗。
Conventional judgment means that each institution has a set of training and punishment standards designed to compare individuals with exclusionary abnormalities, and that it contains a dual system of "Punishment" and "Reward".
"Punishment" refers to the power that operates through violence or threat to reinforce the will of individuals and groups to win the obedience of others.
"Reward" refers to the "Inducement" of behavior by giving positive rewards or incentives to individuals for obedience, either directly or indirectly.

常規化評判是指每一個機構都有一套訓練與懲罰的標準，目的在於比較個體與排斥異常，當中包含了「懲罰」與「獎勵」的雙元體系。
